From the Members tab in any workspace, click a member to see a full view of their activity inside that workspace: which apps they used, the conversations they had, any flagged messages, and any apps they built. The view is admin-scoped, so it includes context a member would not see about themselves.

How to view member activity

1

Open the workspace

Go to the workspace you want to investigate.
2

Open the Members tab

The tab lists every member with a click-through affordance on each row.
3

Click a member

The member detail page opens, scoped to this workspace.
4

Review their activity

The page shows apps used, conversations, flags, and apps built.

What you’ll see

The detail page is organized into four sections. Apps used Every app this member has used in this workspace, with date of last use and total session count. Click an app to see usage at the app level. Conversations Recent conversations in any app inside the workspace. Each row shows the app, the start time, and the conversation length. Click a row to read the full transcript. Flagged messages Any messages flagged by Playlab’s safety system inside this workspace. Severity, app, and date are shown. Click to review the message in context. Apps built Apps this member created inside the workspace, if building permissions allow it. Status and last edit time are shown.

When to use this view

A few patterns: Escalation. Trust and safety system flagged a conversation. You want to see the surrounding context, including other conversations from the same student. Monitoring. A class is running an extended project. You check in weekly on each student’s progress through the apps assigned for the unit. Supporting a struggling student. A student is not engaging with the app. You look at their conversation history to find what is getting in the way. Year-end review. You want a summary of what each student did across the workspace’s apps.
